Product Description

The Aconex platform reduces the need for paper documents by enabling those involved in a project to share, track and store their information electronically, using one secure, central platform.

Throughout a project, the system archives and stores all project information, while maintaining an audit trail of mail and document transactions, so that companies can easily track ‘who did what and when’.

In practice, this means no more expensive print bills, no more waiting days for drawings to reach the recipients, no more hours wasted searching for files, and no more lost documents. On any project, the time, cost and risk savings are instant and considerable. On any project, Aconex allows people to connect with other team members across the world with the same ease as connecting with someone across town.

The system is developed in-house and delivered using the Software as a Service model, where Aconex is responsible for delivering product enhancements and meeting security, reliability and performance standards.

Aconex mirrors standard industry processes, making it intuitive as possible. The system has no data storage or user license limits and is backed by unlimited training and round-the-clock phone and online support.
