John Rae Chairman
John has a background in banking and finance in New Zealand and further afield and worked for a number of years in London in various treasury and capital market roles before returning to New Zealand in 1991.
He has been involved with a number of private equity, venture capital and corporate finance transactions on both sides of the Tasman before becoming involved with the long established family company Stevenson Group, where he was Managing Director for 9 years until mid 2010. The company was entrenched throughout New Zealand in building products, quarrying, contract mining, farming, engineering and property sectors, and has a staff of over 600.
John is a member of the Institute of Directors and has been a director of various companies in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. He is a member of the Government’s National Infrastructure Advisory Board and chairman of the New Zealand Council for Infrastructure Development and currently a director or Chairman of several NZ companies involved in the infrastructure, energy, waste and technology sectors.

Malcolm Alexander Genesis Energy
Malcolm Alexander is General Manager Corporate Affairs for Genesis Energy and is responsibile for strategic planning, government and stakeholder relations, regulatory affairs, corporate environmental policy and corporate social responsibility.
From October 2002 to November 2008 he was Independant Chair of Telecommunications Carrier's Forum. He was a member of the Electricity Commisson's Transmission Advisory Group for four years, and a member of the New Zealand Government's Digital Startegy Advisory Group until its disbanding in May 2008.

Patrick Brockie ANZ
Patrick was appointed Head of Global Loans for ANZ New Zealand in August 2010. He joined ANZ after a 20 year career with Citigroup based in New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and London. Patrick has extensive experience with debt markets including syndications, project finance, export agency finance and trade finance. His last position was Managing Director, Global Head of Export and Agency Finance and Trade Head for EMEA.

Paul Buetow Kensington Swan
Paul leads Kensington Swan's Infrastructure Business Unit. He is recognised as one of New Zealand's leading infrastructure and construction lawyers. Paul acts for and is involved with all parts of the industry - government, local authorities, developers, contractors, and industry bodies. He has significant front experience and provides advice on major infrastructure standard and specialist construction contracts, including NZS 3910, FIDIC, NEC 3, Alliance and Collaborative Contractors, and PPP's.
Paul has worked alongside NZCID for many years, and in 2006 joined Stephen Selwood on an international investigation of how other countries managed their infrastructure. Paul and Stephen prepared a report which was presented to government and other major parties, analysing how New Zealand could improve its infrastructure development. Paul has also been a member of the Auckland branch executive of the New Zealand Contractors' Federation for over 8 years.

Kim Campbell EMA Northern
Kim Campbell’s career in New Zealand and overseas has been in manufacturing and exporting businesses in a variety of industries and geographies including ICI, Trigon Plastics, Masport and New Image in New Zealand; and the Hong Kong based Zuellig Group for the past 13 years. For five years he was chief executive of PSM in Auckland (later to become API Manufacturing), a major consumer health care company then part of the Zuellig Group which is a large, privately held, global investment company. He then moved to Sydney to become CEO of Soul Pattinson Manufacturing also part of the API group (associated with Zuellig). He was then appointed CEO of Zuellig Equipment Distribution Incorporated which includes CB Norwood in New Zealand.
Kim has recently returned from the Philippines where, among other duties, he was executive chairman of Pharma Industries Incorporated, a pharmaceuticals manufacturing group employing over 1,700 staff in the Philippines and Thailand.
Before heading overseas, he was a director of EMA, has been a President of the Export Institute (now ExportNZ), a councillor of BusinessNZ, and a founding director of AREDS. He has served on numerous private and public boards during a career spanning 35 years.

Chris Hunter Hawkins Construction
Chris Hunter joined Hawkins CEO in 2003 and is responsible the company's nationwide construction activities and emerging international markets. His input and overall direction is invaluable for all the projects undertaken by Hawkins.
Chris has a history in construction of more than 20 years. In that time he has been instrumental in the successful restructure of several companies, turning them into viable and profitable businesses along the way. Chris’s long association with the building industry has meant he is very aware of the continuous changes that confront it.
His many achievements include the successful completion of a large number of major projects, completing an MBA majoring in corporate finance and new ventures.

Recently appointed Chief Operations Officer – Infrastructure New Zealand, Fulton Hogan
Originally from the UK, Robert brings over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, and he has extensive experience in managing major engineering projects, which have taken him to Nigeria, Trinidad & Tobago, Thailand, Mongolia, Australia and more recently New Zealand.
Robert has significant international experience in collaborative and alliance contract procurement methods.
He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (UK), and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building.
He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees for Camp Bentzon Community and Children’s Camp on Kawau Island.

Andrew McKenzie Auckland Council
Chief Finance Officer, Auckland Council BCA and BA (Victoria)
In this role Andrew’s responsibilities include all council’s finance functions encompassing citywide financial policy, overall expenditure and income monitoring, analysis and reporting, debt and investment management, business planning and budget process, Annual Plan and Annual Report, Long Term Financial Strategy and Funding Policy, procurement, valuation and rating issues, and CCO monitoring.
Non-financial groups such as Property, Information Services, CCO Governance & Monitoring and City Parks Services also fall within the Chief Finance Officer’s portfolio.
Prior to this, Andrew was General Manager Finance at Auckland City Council for five years.
Previously at Wellington City Council for six years, Andrew’s background covers roles such as Director Strategy and Planning, Director Business Improvement, Director Finance and Infrastructure and Chief Financial Officer.

Fraser Wyllie Downer NZ
Fraser Wyllie is the Executive General Manager of Major Projects for Downer NZ. Downer’s has over 3,500 employees in New Zealand and operates across the whole infrastructure spectrum.
As a charted professional civil engineer Fraser has over 20 years construction industry experience within New Zealand and internationally including Britain, Hong Kong, Singapore and Fiji. This experience covers the Power, Rail, Roading, Water, Mining, and Commercial sectors.
Previously to his role with Downer, Fraser was GM of Hawkins Infrastructure from inception in January 2007 which saw significant growth over the 4 years he led the business.
Fraser has an MBA and holds a strong interest in Risk Management and Strategic Planning.

Stephen Selwood Chief Executive
Stephen leads the New Zealand Council for Infrastructure Developments advocacy of and investigation into key infrastructure development issues in NZ and abroad. NZCID is a not for profit membership industry group comprising over 70 leading private and public sector organisations.
Stephen’s key role is focused on highlighting the direct link between world class infrastructure and New Zealand’s capacity to achieve its economic and social potential.
Stephen is an expert on infrastructure policy issues. He provides advice to both central and local government bodies and is a well respected commentator on these subjects.
Until his CEO appointment with NZCID, Stephen held various senior management positions with the Automobile Association in both operations management and policy areas.
