Building Nations Symposium 2009

The NZCID Building Nations Symposium, once again demonstrated that it us the platform for strategic best practice discussion for the advancement of the overall industry agenda for infrastructure development as well as being the must-attend industry event for information sharing and networking between public and private sectors in New Zealand.

NZCID Building Nations Symposium 2008
The New Zealand Council for Infrastructure Development's (NZCID) third annual NZCID Building Nations Symposium 2008 was held Wednesday, 13 to Thursday, 14 August 2008 at the Eden Park Function Centre in Auckland.
This was the peak infrastructure industry conference in New Zealand for 2008, providing a platform for strategic best practice discussions to advance the overall industry agenda for infrastructure development.
NZCID Building Nations Symposiums are the must-attend industry event for information sharing and networking between public and private sectors in New Zealand. This year's event featured two days of proceedings, along with an exhibition, gala dinner and other networking activities.

Castaways Karioitahi Beach, Auckland
Building Nations - the annual NZCID Symposium - returned in full force in 2007. Hosted at breathtaking Castaways Karioitahi Beach in Auckland, the day included informative presenters paired with great food, wine, entertainment and networking.
The event provided a prime opportunity for members of the infrastruture sector to gain focused access to high level infrastructure experts from home and abroad and debate current and topical issues in their field. 130 plus conference attendees came from diverse sectors across New Zealand infrastructure, equity owners, service providers, public sector agencies, policy and decision makers, and major infrastructure users.
