Greenstone Group was established to provide a specialist Property Project Management and Development Management Consultancy service to the wider property sector, both private and public. Greenstone employs 20 people and has offices in Auckland and Hamilton with affiliate offices in Christchurch and Queenstown. We will establish temporary offices elsewhere as dictated by the needs of our clients.
Since its establishment in 2000 Greenstone Group has completed property projects for a wide range of clients, including educational, church and community organisations, central government, publicly listed companies, finance companies, banks, high net worth individuals and direct property investors and developers.
We are particularly active in social and community infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand including schools, courts, public buildings, medical and Whanau Ora projects, and large scale social housing initiatives.
