This involves:
- Sourcing appropriate land
- Preparation of offers for the delivery of the project
- Securing of sale and purchase agreements
- Project design
- Securing of authority approvals required for the construction of the project
- Management of the design and construction of the project with responsibility for the completion of works
- Commissioning
- Hand over of the completed project
